I bought 5 x cables, 3 chargers and 5 extra USB C connectors. I paid a premium price for what I believed was a premium product. Initially the cables and chargers worked great, but less than 2 months later 3 of the cables and 1 of the USB C connectors have failed. I emailed customer service twice and have had no response. When I enquired about sales I received an instant response. Very disappointing 😞

A very nice charging and data cable. Very pravtical. I just leave the attachment usbc in and just connect the cable when need to charge. Cable has strong enough magnet to hold the cable. Long enough cable. Good quality. Ill get a new one gor my other device. It came with 3 attachments micro usb, lightning and usbc. Im happy with it and its well recommended. Thanks again.

Does what it says on the box very good

Ordered Ultra and 360. Neither Fit with my phone case. No one will respond to my emails for return. Don't buy these. If you have a problem and want to return the company will ignore you.

I love the product, and how seamless it is.
Only thing is I would rather it come with more attachments, and be more expensive, rather than getting it until you order more bits a month later and pay for shipping again from Germany (i think).

I would also say if you are ordering from the UK make sure you read returns policy.

They work, but sit very proud of the phone and seem to catch on everything. USB C version seems to pull out instead of stay in the device
